The Director of Corporate Services is an exempt statutory position appointed by Counciland which works under the general direction of and reports to the Chief AdministrativeOfficer.This position is responsible for handling highly confidential and sensitive matters and tomaintain files and records of a confidential nature. The Director of Corporate Services musthave a broad general knowledge of the organization and operation of the District of Houstonand must have specific knowledge of issues, bylaws, policies/procedures and ongoingprojects of concern to Council and Senior Staff. The Director may be required to work duringevenings and weekends as necessary in order to complete the objectives of the CorporateServices Department.T
